Appointments need to be made at least 24 hours in advance for individual treatments and 4 weeks in advance for spa parties. Appointments can be made by calling: 313.655.3860. There is a $50 minimum for home spa services. We require a credit card payment at the time of booking in order to reserve your appointment. For spa parties, we require a 50% deposit to reserve the date and full payment 2 weeks before the appointment date. We accept debit/credit cards and checks (3 days prior to appointment for processing). We do not accept cash, but our spa technicians may accept a cash gratuity (tip).
When canceling an appointment, individual services require a minimum 24 hours notice to receive a 100% refund or a minimum 4 hours notice to receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for spa parties must be made 48 hours in advance and spa packages must be made 24 hours in advance in order to avoid a 20% cancellation charge. Changes to any package must be made 24 hours prior to appointment.
If you are pleased with the services you have received, it is customary to give a 15% to 20% gratuity to your spa technician. For group events and spa parties, a 15% gratuity will be added to the total cost of service.
Clients must be at least 18 years of age. Clients under the age of 18 must have adult supervision.
